Rob Fontaine moved to Brevard over 38 years ago while serving as a US Coast Guardsman. Currently, he is raising one of eight children at home and enjoying visits from his eight grandchildren. Rob attended Barry University in Miami, receiving a BS in Administration. Rob’s education, coupled with his entrepreneurial experience spanning over 35 years including several successful startups, such as a Farmers Insurance Agency, was an excellent lead in to the mortgage industry. In 2005 he started his own firm, G.I. Nationwide Lending. Spencer Sibley was born and raised in Maine. He has an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Arts in History, and a Juris Doctor. While getting his degrees he worked for several state senators, a gubernatorial candidate, and a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. He also worked as a Criminal Records Researcher in between acquiring his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

Pat Granchamps was born in Haiti and raised in Paris, France. 22 years ago she moved to Florida were she gave birth to her only child, now a 20 year old, smart, young lady. Pat obtained her high school diploma in Paris, France. She then attended the prestigious university, La Sorbonne, where she started a law degree.
Passionate for travel and adventure, Pat abandoned the law degree to explore different countries such as England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Guadeloupe, Mali, Burkina Faso, Cote-D’Ivoire, Ghana, and the United States where she fell in love with Florida. Pat established herself in Florida and furthered her education. In 2003, Pat became a mortgage broker and worked as an independent mortgage broker with Apex Lending, Beacon Financial Group, and All County Mortgage. During that time she also obtained a certificate in real estate to better understand the real estate market. She also invested in vacant lands and construction while helping others obtain mortgage loans, accomplishing their dreams of becoming home owners. After the market crashed in 2008, however, Pat decided to not renew her mortgage broker license.
With the goal to continue to help others, she pursued her education in the healthcare field. She attended Eastern Florida State College where she earned a bachelors degree in Advanced Allied Health and is actively helping people in the healthcare industry. Since 2016, Pat has returned to the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage loan originator. Now with G.I Nationwide Lending, she enjoys more than ever helping people obtain mortgage loans and fulfilling their dreams.
